Drees Electric is seeking a reliable and detail oriented Administrative Professional to join our team!  This role is essential in keeping our store running smoothly by managing billing, communication, and ensuring the store has the proper supplies needed to best serve our customers!
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Respond to customer inquiries timely and professionally 
  • Process receivables
  • Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency 
  • Handle invoicing and collections processes
  • Perform general office duties, including drafting communication, filing, and facility management 
  • Acquire and distribute store supplies 
  • Assist with sales
  • Initiate Service Work Orders
 
Qualifications: 
  • 2+ years of office and/or customer service experience 
  • Strong attention to detail, solid organization, and time management capabilities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities 
  • General computer proficiency
Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
